how do i remove negative account from chex systems?

Well, i sent out a debt validation letter (thanks to you guys!) and i haven't hear back from them in over three weeks. What does this mean? They've sent me letters and court summons, but after i sent the request, i've heard nothing from them and only a single phone call. The guy was sayin, "i received your letter today, blah, blah, blah," and since then, they havent bothered me. What gives? And i also found a link to licensed collection agencies for the state of Tennessee and i did not see them on the list. I don't know if the list is updated enough but i'm just curious.

I have 9 online payday loans. I live in Michigan. I just started researching the laws. How do i find out if my loans are illegal. Mine are thru: Up Front Cash 400.00 Payday Services 300.00 ameriloan 350.00 247 Advances 200.00 EZ CAsh Media 300.00 BIG 200.00 Titan Group 300.00 US Fast Cash 300.00 Intel Equity GP Direct Pay 300.00 Where do I start??!! I am drowning, my account is negative. I have not defaulted yet but will probably Friday. I need to do something soon.

Just signing up here because I am faced with an impossible situation. I have been contacted by a Collection agency, URS united recovery systems (?), on behalf of Capital One. They called me at 8AM last Saturday morning with a demand to pay my account balance off in full by noon. After telling them that I had nowhere to come up with 3900.00 at all, they told me that it would be referred for legal action by Capital One.

I recently signed up with langhone to take care of my payday loans, i was just looking for some opions on them, has anyone had any success with them? what did you think? were your payday loans taken care of?

I recently signed up with care one to take care of my credit cards. I had a question for anyone that has used this program or knows of it, How does the fact that one or two of my accounts is past due affect the program? Do my cards continue to report past due or does that get taken care of over time with the program or is something I should take care of while on the program? thanks for your help.

I need suggestions for how to handle this collection on this CC acct. About six months ago I started receiving a letter from First USA saying I was behind on a CC. I never had a CC with First USA, and the last 4 digits of the number they were referring to I did not recognize, so I called but was never able to talk to anyone and did not have an acct # so I assumed the letter was incorrect. Long story, but I have a number of CC used for a business and was struggling to pay all those so I did not pursue this.

I have recently inquired about what to do to get out my payday loan hell. Does anyone know anything about some of the companies out there? I have talked to one so far "Langhorne." Has anyone used these for help and do they work?
