This forum seems neat but I can't find info on ranking of debt settlement companies and law firms.
Anyone have experience with debt relief USA?
The BBB has a "no rating" on them.
I talked to Fairhaven and they seemed nice until I read the horror stories and saw their "F" rating.
What are the best Debt Settlement , negotiation companies and law firms.
I've looked into this but am afraid the PDL companies will call my boss, my references and try to get the money out anyway. Is there a PDL consolidation company I can sign up with that can assure me this won't happen?[font=Arial][/font][color=Black][/color][size=3][/size]
I recentl recieved a document taped to my door stating that i was envolved in a court case with forster garbus and lvnv funding llc. I do not doubt that i owe some of the money they say i do but they almost doubled the amount. I have not been in contact with them i have read some of the posts on here as to see what my actions should be. The paper work is dated for jul 8th 2008 and this is the first i have heard of this case.
I was recently with Hess Kennedy and Now they have gone under. I have got notice by a receivership of Daniel Stermer. I don't have any idea what this means. I filed the claim asked to get my monies back (I guess but I'm all new to this)

I complained to The Dept of Corporations California against Webpayday & CTC. They both were issued a Desist & Refrain Order.
What next? I complained to the BBB but both companies did not respond.
I have paid Webpayday $1610.00 on a $500.00 loan they owe me $1110.00
I have paid CTC $1218.00 on a $600.00 loan they owe me $618.00.
What do I do next.

Is there any way I can have another bank account even after getting a judgment? Is it even possible, I would like another checking account, right now I use BOA and People's Bank, but I'm afraid that they (creditor) will find it and take everything.
A while back i received a letter from a Tyson Law firm in Dallas and they say they are collecting for mycashtime.
In the letter it looked like one of the letters mycashtime has sent me before but with the attorney's verbiage at the top.
It has all the normal claims that i committed fraud and that my client my pursue me with further action ect.
It threatened wage garnishment which i know is only allowed for child support and and a couple of federal loans.
These people are crooked when i got so many calls from them i sent them a Validation ans C&D letter and they persisted to call me after th
Real quick question.
I tried to dispute with Bureaus online. I see im going to have to write a letter. I have a written letter from them that. That say's they where going to take it take off one of the charges after I paid a certain amount. But they didnt> verizon. They put less then full paid. But i need to send a letter to the bureaus of the letter they signed saying they would. BUt i cant find the letter sample letter that used to be there to send to the Bureaus. can anyone point me to a sample letter if i need to have info update on my credit report.
