Credit Card Fees17 years 8 months ago I have about 4 credit cards MAXED out, the limit is only 250-300. I have not paid on them for over a year now. i am getting letters and calls from collection agency's that I owe a balance of 600-800. i now have a job to start paying on them BUT
How can a 250.00 card limit now owe 600.00?

What if you don't have a lump sum?17 years 8 months ago I am still trying to keep most of my cc's current - only Chase is behind - so I have no savings to draw from. How can I settle with them to get them off my back? Also, since Chase went south all my credit has been cut and I am trying to live on cash only - so, after buying groceries - there is no big sum left to send a big settlement - any ideas? Chase keeps trying to get me to call them to discuss - I don't think a verbal agreement is a good idea.
payday collection threats17 years 8 months ago Payday lender for cashnet usa threaten to take away my driver's license if I do not agree to pay the loan in full by the end of the month. Can they do that? I told the collector that he was violating the fair collections practices and that I would consult with my local attorney generals office to see if this is a legit threat. He insisted that payday loans are different from credit card debt and that they can take away my drivers license. I asked where I could find this in writing, he stated that this is implied when I accepted the loan. Is this true?
where are the letters we sent out to pdl to STOP DEBITS...17 years 8 months ago where are these letters to stop debits from acct and all other letter i need to send to these payday loans. I know i have to send them out AFTER i close my acct.
Please someone help me out as to which ones to send to these illegal online pdl.
