Anyone have a physical address to GMAC? My Smart Buy Lease was up, and I was not approved for refinancing and had to voluntarily turn in the car. The person at GMAC who handled my case was extremly rude and lied to me. I had scheduled a pick-up date and time (couldn't bring the car in myself for extended reasons) however they showed up earlier then the planned date and insisted on the car right then and there. The car was not at my address, was being stored on a private enclosed lot about a mile away.

I have a question I'm an authorized user on a couple accounts with my father , they appear on my credit report...How do i remove myself from being an authorized user on these accounts if I no longer wish to be an authorized user, is there a way to do this and if these debts aren't being paid on time will they affect my credit

I am looking for debt reduction/consolidation help. I don't know what company I can trust. Any suggestions?

i received a loan from a relative and in return they asked me for a post dated check. When the date on the check had come i informed them that the money was not in there.They ran the check anyway and it bounced,and caused others to bounce.When i called them to let them know they told me i had to give them all of the money right then.i did not have it. Yesterday a civil service person delivered a summons to appear in small claims court because they are suing me for the bad check.i live in ky,what should i do?

This is my first time posting...i live in Louisiana, and we currently have 6 online payday loans out. The biggest one, and my main concern, is through Magnum Cash Advance. We are paying them 1300 a month on this loan, and we keep have to re-advance every month just to make ends meet. I called a few different places that claim to help with payday loans, and all of them have told me that the online pdl places cannot report to the credit bureau. We are considering closing our checking account just to stop all the debits from these places.

Has anyone heard of Mann Bracken? I googled them earlier and found out that they buy accounts from collection agencies and then harrass folks to pay off the debt. I also looked them up on BBB and found out that they have a very unsatisfactory record with them as well. I live in Washington, DC and thinking about forwarding this over the AG's office. If anyone has had any dealings within this company or how to deal with them, please let me know.

I have about 4,000.00 in debt. I was looking into a debt consolidation company (elimidebt). would that be a good idea? is this a good company to go with, where can I go? I need to fix my credit, but am afraid to be taken advantage of by these companies. I googgled about these places and Ive read some pretty nasty things about them, like the credit card companies not receiving payments from them, please help!!

Hey all ~ sorry for not being around very much lately. Been kind of a hectic time right now for us. So much going on I don't know whether I am coming or going. Let me see if I can fill you in a bit: My husband lost his part time job ~ was fired because he told them they had to quit calling him at his main job about things and that his other job was his main job and that they were told before that, and some other things, and they said, ok, your fired. He was so mad!!!! So that is $400 a month we lost, which does hurt.

Received summons yestrerday from sheriff's office for Midland funding llc for a Providian card that I had a few years ago. I have a very low paying job and cannot afford the money they are after (about 1800 dollars). The debt is not out of SOL. I was looking for their phone number online last night and was shocked to find all the complaints and harrassment that this company has caused. Now I am confused- should I call Midland to try to arrange payments?

I have a hard ach debit block on my account and it's been a pain in the patoot! I put it on to prevent think cash from debiting my account again. I have also told them not to debit my account anymore. (I'm paying them through T & C) I went on their website to look up my account and it says my account is past due, blah, blah, blah, and my account is not set up for electronic payments. In your opinion, does this mean it is safe to take the hard block off of my account?
