:(I set up a payment plan with attorney for chase. paying on time. I get halfway through the payments and the attorneys are threating to sue me for a debt that does not belong to me. I tried to explain this by phone, so I have wrote a letter to the attorneys. Now I am waiting for the court summons. What can I do to prove this is not my debt?

I recently applied and received a payday loan from a netpdl. The day i received my funds, all of the information i used to apply for the loan was given to other companies. Resulting in my checking account being debited by Several unauthorized companies. I was forced to close my account. My bank has advised me Not to give the payday loan company my new checking account information. However, netpdl is refusing to take payment in any other form, causing me to default on my loan and have HUGE fees tacked on. What do i do? I currently live in Oklahoma.

Upon reading some of the threads in re Eastside Lenders, I am finding that they are not legal in California? I took out a $400 loan in June, and have one payment to go to pay them off, however, I have paid nearly $900 in the finance fees! Can I email them now before the last payment is taken out, and tell them that I owe them nothing, and in fact they owe me because they are not legal? Please adivse. Time is sensitive, I'm coming up on a pay day. Thank you!!

On both my and my husbands credit report.. Student Loans under Federal Loan Servicing and US Department of Ed.. are all listed separately for like each distribution, how do I go about getting these all to show as one? I believe the US Department of Ed ones have all been transferred to Federal Loan Servicing as well, but now both show up. Do I dispute or need to contact the loan servicing centers? Also how can you dispute inquires that you did not authorize?

I just called CheckNGo and they would not offer me an EPP. The rep said that I am already on a payment plan since I have an installment loan and not a payday loan. Is this true? Please reply.

I owe some money to a loan company and they posted their claim and all information about me on a debt registry web site radaris.com. That site offers me to settle the loan for less money than a loan amount. If i do settle, will it be enforceable? Their site says that if i pay less and now, it becomes final... I wonder has anyone here used their services?

How do I file a motion for dismissal and what happens if they file a garnishment?
