I have just complosed my ACH Revocation letters to all 3 PDL's (thanks to this sites awesome assistance :D). However, should I send them now or should I wait until I actually close my account? I placed stop payments already but the amounts still show as if they have come out of my account. The bank says the money will be back in my account on Monday and I can close it out then. Will the PDL's try and take the whole amount out between now and then once the original amounts are returned? My main concern is that I don't get hit with 3 large transactions because they want their money.

I am in a similar situation like the ones I have been reading. I took out a 150.00 loan to desperately pay a ticket that I couldn't afford from UnitedCashLoans. Initially, I'm very confident that when I logged on to their website, it said that I only had to pay 200.00 for the loan. Now, I logged in last night (after making 3 payments of 45.00 making 135.00 paid to them), it said that I still owed them 195.00.

After reading through this site, and doing my own research, I see that several of them are not licensed in Cali or legal period. I have a payday loan that is from Manchester, England. Is it legal for them to lend to me in California? I e-mailed the company requesting their "License Number" so I may cross-check with the Department of Corporations. I have yet to hear anything back. I have several PDL's (7 to be exact) that I NEVER intended to build up. But I found myself drowing in service fees. I contacted an attorney to try and help, but he's moving slow, and the next pay day is coming up. I lose apporximately half my pay check a month in service fees to these companies. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
