There are four from the following companies. Clear Creek Lending: 1,500.00 CashNetUSA: 1,600.00 CheckNGo: 1,000.00 Cash Central: 500.00 I currently am not employed and have no way of paying what they are asking. If anyone can provide options and any other information as to what can occur because I am unable to meet their demands. Thank you.

I have successfully stopped the automatic withdrawals from Western Sky/Cash Call utilizing the suggestions found on this forum. But now Cash Call is sending me letters and have reported it on my credit report that I am 60 days past due. Continually offering me lower payments in an effort to have it removed from my credit report. Any suggestions on how to convince them that I have paid them back and then some so that it is not a ding on my credit?

I need a copy of a letter for payday companies to just pay principal etc...

I have five lenders I sent ACH revocation letters to on October 24th Integrity borrowed 500 have paid 450 Idealgelt borrowed 300 have paid 90 Ezpaydaycash borrowed 350 have paid 420 Cashdirectexpress borrowed 400 have paid 675 Magnum re-ups several times over over paid by 290 cashdirectexpress immediately gave my a PIF Integrity wants me to pay them 200 which they say is the original 500 plus 150 fee less my payments. Told them I would pay them 50 Idealgelt.

Cash call has started calling. D I talk to them or jusr be very to the point loan is illegal and paid in full. Im not paying another cent and hang up. Is that ok or tell me what to do please. Thanks

:confused:What I would like to know how is it that my creditors would like for me to pay them when they use abusive and shady companies to lie, cheat and bully me into a payment. When I get threats I just dont pay. I would rather a judge tell me to pay it. I have been trying to get my credit cleaned up for a year now. There are a couple of companies that have not taken the steps of reporting the payment yet. We all fall on hard times. This is nuts that we have no protection from this type of scum.

Hi, I posted on here about a loan I have with Cash Call and was given advice on sending the letter and asking for a refund. I borrowed 2600. and paid 5500. I sent it through "complaints@cash.com" and also copy and paste it into the email on their website. Should I send it to someone else? I have not heard anything back yet. How long does it usually take to get a response? Any info would be great. I also made sure I put my account in deposits only status since it is overdrawn and my bank wont let me close it. i am one of those with a western sky loan. i stopped payment and wrote a letter to them about their illegal i have not heard back from them but i did hear from our minnesota department of commerce. they say the cheyenne river sioux tribe is federally reecognized indian tribe. neither the state of minnesota or department of commerce has jurisdiction to intervene on my behalf because the loan was made by a federally recognized tribe. as a soverign nation they retain immunity from federal and state laws..what does this mean and where do i stand?.

Take me for example, If I make $2000 monthly and my wife makes $800 monthly we fall way below the median income here in Arizona. Our bills as they are now add up to about $2400-$2600...
