they say i got a loan- on internet-never heard of them. im in nh -not sure if they are lic. there. cant seem to find the right page. they say theyre sending the sheriff out to serve me-felony charges. never seen the paper work,dont know the original loan amount, never heard of them-loan point usa-what do i do ?:confused:

I had a car loan and was in a serious accident car was considered totaled and ins. paid but there was still a balance of 5,000.00. I travel for work and needed a new vehicle ASAP(rentals only last so long) so went got purchased a new car when settlement was over with ins. On my new car they financed me through a diff. company and I got my new car but still had old balance. Tried to make pmt. arrangement of 150.00 they denied it and wanted the original car pmt. which I explained I could not due my wifes health issues and to the new car pmt.

Hello. I had a capital one credit card that had been charged off on my credit report. I then received letters from northland asking for a settlement in 2011. I am currently in the process of filing bankruptcy and I have not been contacted by capital one or northland for about a year for collection. Do you know how I can still claim this on my bankruptcy? Im not sure who holds the collection and this morning I checked my report and northland last looked at my report last month.

I emailed two of my PDL loans yesterday and my bank and this is what I have. The first one replied to my ticket and said that the loan was not processed in Tx and that I knew that as per my loan agreement.

I also have one with Plain Green and Great Plains all can be dealt with the same way, with sending them the ACH revoking letter.. via email?? - I have my old account on restricted status for deposits only.
