 I have suffered a lot of hardships over the past 3 years and my previously impeccable credit has gone down the drain. I no longer have the means to repay any debts that are not essential to living (rent, electricity, food). Due to two pending lawsuits from creditors I have finally faced the fact that bankruptcy is my only way out. I know that I have to get updated statements from all of my creditors and a list of the names and addresses of any collection agencies my debts have been referred to. I do not know if they have to willingly give me this information.
Once again, I thank you all for your continued support, patience and understanding. Every one of you have been so wonderful and I cannot thank you enough. I apologize in advance for the length of this post.
I am almost done filling it out the forms I need for court. I am going to fax it up to Hartford tomorrow morning since Centralized Small Claims said I could do that. I found the name of a consumer attorney through National Association of Consumer Advocates and have sent her an email. Anyone who is dealing with this sort of situation in Connecticut should contact Connecticut Legal Aid.
does anyone know who this company is? He claims they are based out of Florida and sent a validation letter on the 5th or March. He states if I do not choose to pay it they will start the process of bank fraud against me. Can they do this? does anyone have information on the and where they can be reached?

I borrowed $200 from them last year and they told me the amount to pay back was $280.I extend my loan for two months but when I tried to pay the whole loan off, they told me that I owed $350. I went ahead and paid the loan and I checked to see if the loan was paid off. The representative told me that the loan was paid in full. About two weeks after I talked to the representative, I kept receiving harassment calls from them saying I did not pay off the loan and I owed $450.
