I hope someone can help. I had a pest control company come to my home last year regarding termites. The rep gave me an estimate to take care of the potential problem. I showed him the estimate I was given from another company and he said his company would beat it. A few days later I called to arrange the first treatment, and sign a contract. The tech that showed up gave me a contract that was $500 dollars more than the one I discussed with the sales rep.

My husband is divorcing me and I do not have the means of caring all of these and now the threatning phone calls and emails are starting. How do I get these under control?

I received a call from US fast cash saying my husband owes 175.00 I told them the most I would owe them would be 50.00 but since they took unauthorized payments out and I had to change my checking account I considered this paid in full. The lady was so NASTY telling me let me talk to your husband I said he can't talk he is terminally ill which he is. I told her I do not give my info to anybody she threatened to have him arrested and taken to court and flag is social security number. I hung up on her she started screaming in my ear. Any advise.

Divorce with lots of credit card bills that are getting too high to pay. need help!

I signed a Voluntary Wage Assignment which was notarized, I cant make the payment that the payday loan company is requesting. They said they tried to debit my account and now are charging me an nsf fee of 25.00, but the funds were in my account! They want me to western union them 85.00 today which i dont have 85.00. The declaration of Wage ASsignment states "I acknowledge this instrument as an absolute, unconditonal, and revocable assignment and sale of the said amount of my wages" What does this mean. They will garnish my check for over 2000.00 according to them for a 200.00 loan! Help!!!

Does anyone know who this is? The caller ID said National Asset. I am scared to call them because it is probably a 3rd party collector for a pdl. I did a search on this forum for the number but couldn't find anything.
