I don't understand something and maybe someone can explain it to me. I looked at my credit scores and they say 613 but when I went to apply for a loan, the creditor told me my FICA score was 578. Which is which and which is important?

I was wondering if United Cash Loans which I believe is also a part of Rio Resources is also a part of that cease and desist letter like Ten Dollar Payday Loan is.

I have accounts that are past due 90 days to 1660 days, and I really want to get if not most all account as current as possible. I needs a debt consolidation program to help....

I just received the "RELEASE" in which the are saying that the Borrower and the Company entered into that certain Lian Agreement dated 04/06/2005(original 200 pdl taken out) for which they do not want to refund the $1660 and in considertion of a $1440 refund and a notification to the attorney general Bill McCollum (Florida) thast we have settled and that they have refunded me $1440 .

I recieved one of those collection calls telling me im going to go to jail, if I dont pay, I recently had to close my acct due to my debit card being stolen and used. I had a pdl with VC funding and of course i couldnt find a phone number for them anywhere...so i get this crazy call and i put there phone # into google and I find you guys...also the # for VC funding..i missed one payment last week and they sent it to collections..Am i going to have to pay $600 for a $250 loan..PLEASE HELP!!

I have disputed a debt from South Western Bell phone company for over 4 years now. The 5 collection agency that is calling now is really getting on my nerves. They call and have a recorded message that says if you continue to listen then they assume you are the person. Well, they have my name spelled incorrectly for the debt, but they do have the right ssn. Also, when I lived at the student housing for single parents, I was on state aid and only had a phone bill of like $20 a month. My phone would also be cut off if it hit $150, but the debt is over $900.

Just heard from Express Cash/Venture Zur/DMS Marketing a Ms. Vandia Johnson says they are willing to refund me $1440 but not the total of $2470, because when I incurred the $200 and paid 13 mos of $120 when they sent the upgrade offer of $100 and I took it the $200 was pd in full and I did not request the refund and now I only have a $300 PDL and I have overpaid the $1440 for 8 mos @ $180. She is fxing me a release form so that I get the $1440 what do you all think? Who do I need to contact in order to collect the $1660 overpayment for the $200 PDL?

Where would I find the laws concerning PDL? I live in Mass and have PDL outside of MASS and would like to know the laws concerning having them. Thanks.

just wondering if anyone knew if credit card debt could be taken out of income tax refunds? I have about 3 thousand in debt with credit cards over the past 6 yrs.Can my refund be taken by them?
