Now awhile ago I posted a topic about a call I received from pre-litigations from 866-900-7694. Now today I get a call from a different lady form the same number 866-900-7694 and now she is telling me it's Bass & Associates. Seriously what is wrong with these people. One day I get a call from a woman telling me to reach her at two 904 numbers. She then tells me she is from prelitigations/interstate wire compliance. Then the next day she calls and leaves the 866-900-7694 number to call her back on. Then today they are Bass & Associates with the same number.

I am in serious trouble with payday loans and pays one back borrowing to pay another i need help and don't know what to do ???

Ok. I took out a payday loan from dms marketing/xpresscash. I was unable to pay their $90 everyweek so I issued a stop payment. They came into my account last night a withdrew $480 dollars from account. What are my options here. I already contacted my bank to dispute the charges. Should I contact dms marketing? Please help!!!

Help - I had a credit card that I had defaulted on and was paying through a collection agency; they then sold it off and the next collection agency wanted to settle for the full amount and would not send any statements when you had paid. They then decided they wanted to close out the account and called saing they would call back with a settlement amount. When nothing was heard in a few days, I called once again and was told "Oh, we filed with your courts for $$amount.

Hi everyone, new member here. Here is my problem, I had the same credit card that I did pay off last year through TRS a collection company. Now SST (their sister company, they transfer back and forth over the phone all the time) is reporting a $24 charge off acct. on my credit report. I called both companies and they sent me zero balance letters but I can't seem to get SST removed from my report. SST keeps telling me there is only one person who works there that can help me but they just transfer me into her voicemail and she never calls back. HELP!!!

i recently had a credit report done and i would like to clean my credit up and eventually in the future purchase a house, i have a a question regarding a car loan, i basically returned the car to the dealer, not knowing what to do, and i no longer have that vehicle i understand i responsible for the loan, but i would like to obtain the car back maybe to sell and cut my loan/debt amount back some can this be done.. you will speaking with my friend louis hornberger he helps me some of matters, i don\'t speak very good english.

I would like to look in on debt consolidation, and was wondering if you could possibly help me.

I'm in over my head. Due to a crazy situation I am facing possible foreclosure, a lien on my home for state back taxes, and a gazillion creditors. I don't know if I should file for Chapter 13, or if I should find a reputable debt settlement company. I have heard and now read about the debt negoitation companies, and I am now nervous about them. Yet, I don't know if I want a bankruptcy on my record. Either way, I need to do something, so any valid assistance would be appreciated. I've got two girls to feed, and it keeps getting harder each day.

I owe over 10,ooo dollars to student loans, about another 15,000 between old credit cards and medical and i recieve child support maybe 2 months out of the year. I have to feed and clothe my child, maintain my house,car payment,and basic utilities; and that alone takes 95% of my income. I also can not go back to school because I don't qualify for grants because of the student loans. I don't know what to do anymore.I am afraid i will lose my house and that my paychecks will be garnished for the student loans. I that happens, i will lose everything.
