Just wanted to say I have paid off 1 PDL through T&C and they have been good to work with. My question is......do they ask for another retainer fee if I add a medical bill to my accounts? Thanks!

I get several (probably 10) calls per day from First National Bank of Marin/Credit One Bank. I have gotten used to the number on the caller ID so I don't answer it. I have recently made a payment to them, but I am still behind a little. I am just wondering exactly how many times they can call within an hour. I watched my caller ID last night and it was every 12-14 minutes. No messages left on my answering machine though.

Dear Sirs, I need to do some debt consolidation, even though I'm unsure if I would even be able to make a minumum payment for that. However, it is not just credit cards. I have about $6000 outstanding medical debts and they are numerous in number. I'm simply lost in figuring all this out.
