Hi all. I am so behind on reading all of the threads. On May 22nd I was involved in a car accident and broke my left arm and just got done with my 2nd surgery last week. I get several (probably 10) calls per day from First National Bank of Marin/Credit One Bank. I have gotten used to the number on the caller ID so I don't answer it. I have recently made a payment to them, but I am still behind a little. I am just wondering exactly how many times they can call within an hour. I watched my caller ID last night and it was every 12-14 minutes. No messages left on my answering machine though.

Dear Sirs, I need to do some debt consolidation, even though I'm unsure if I would even be able to make a minumum payment for that. However, it is not just credit cards. I have about $6000 outstanding medical debts and they are numerous in number. I'm simply lost in figuring all this out. I would really like to talk to someone about this all and get some idea what I can should do. My questions are too numerous to write them all out right now. Now on to my situation. :( I had 6 delinquent accounts that I had a local debt consolidation company handle. I've since decided to settle with one creditor on my own and that's going well, however, I left 4 of those accounts with the debt consolidation company.
