I recently received a call from some guy by the name of "Invetigator Rowe". He needed to speak with me or my attorney. He didn't state the name of the company or what is was in reference to. This was on Thursday, February 2,2006. He called again on Tuesdy, Feb. 7,2006. This time he said "THEY" were sending an Officer here(to my job) so Suquestor me. He started talking about some kind of bank fraud with First National Bank. Asked if I ever lived at a certain address, how long have I work for the present company.When he requested me to transfer him to Human Resources, I hung up on him.

Two weeks ago I sent a validation letter to Asset. Today I received their answer, and nothing, absolutely nothing!! Not even a photo copy of something!! They actually sent me the same letter as the first one, which included the name of the bank and account number, typed a bit different. The only thing they add is a last transaction date which is 07/06/94. This is a lie but even this date is way past the SOL. In CA the SOL is 4 years. So, what should be my next step? Thanks

I received a citation saying I was being sued due to ill advised advice I chose not to respond hoping they would just pursue the other party involved but no avail they apparently set a court date that I had no notice of and default judgement was awarded. I need to know if I am now to late to react or is there a possibility to get the default judgement overturned? What kind of lawyer should I be looking for to help me in this case? So im 22 and a painter, i make 400/week, but have a tendency to spend alot on weekends, also some weeks ill only take home 100 due to slow week. My question is this. Over the past couple of years i have accoumilated some debt. Heres my layout. I have a car loan for 8500 which ive never missed a payment or been late. I also have a credit card through my bank (which my car loan is through) and its maked out at 3k, ive been missing payments on that lately; due ot slow work period. Then i have 2 other CC for 500, on has 0 apr for 12 months and the other has like 24 apr.

I just got a telephone call from our CEO! A couple of weeks ago, I helped an elderly lady pick out a new bed. She was a teeny little lady. When she came in, we sat and talked about what she needed--about how her back hurt her so bad from arthritis, and how much trouble she had getting in and out of bed. I showed her a couple of models, and helped her pick out what was good for her....Even located a low profile frame for her, to make it easier to get in and out of bed.
