Do anyone have an example letter of how to remove inaccurate report of lateness for Child Support. I've had custody of my daughter for over a yr but I was being charged for Child Support. The Court finally gave me residental custody. I ask the judge is there anything he can do to have someone write me a letter showing that I did not owe any child support so they can take it off my credit report but as we know he blew me off and told me to just send the letter showing that I have cutody of her

I have goten calls from a so called investigator at my place of work, representing the auto company for the car I have not been able to pay. They are calling my place of work, several employees trying to get my personal information! They have called my cell phone using my parents calle ID! I have already spoken to the car company and told them about my situation but this other investigator insists on getting my personal information; information that the car company ALREADY has!! Are those practices illegal? I want to put a stop to this! :mad:

We have talked to the lawyer who ruled on our case and he says the lowest settlement he can accept is 75% of the total bill. He claims that he can only settle for 75% because of the recent changes to the health care system. He told my husband that when Obama changed everything it made it about impossible to settle medical bills for much less than the original price. Is this true? Or is he just trying to play hardball and get the most out of us? We would really like to get this bill settled and move on with our lives.

hi i have a huge problem. i live in ca and i have 5 pdl of $300 each. they r all store fronts. the 5 pdl are from checkngo, money mart, california check cashing, ace, and qc holdings companies. my wife lost her job and i cant pay them back due to bills and etc. i dont know what to do, i want to shut my bank accounts down and maybe file bankruptcy chapter 7 or do a payment plan and i am completely broke...can they garnish my wages and take me to court?
