I have a question regarding pay day loan company Amplify. I understand that they are a tribal company and want to know if they can operate legally in Washington, DC? I took out a loan with them but the interest is very high - $441.00 a month on a $800.00 loan. I want to get rid of them and want to know how? Help!

I lost my arm card which had my pin number and online banking password on it. Which is stupid of me. Who ever found my card deposited a fake check into my account and withdrew 2900 dollars. I reported it the day it happened to the bank and filed a police report. They opened an investigation to pull camera footage to prove it wasn't me. Now the bank is holding my responsible for paying the money back. What can I do??

Hi - I live in Texas and have taken out $375.00 in a payday loan from Speedy Cash (Integrity Texas Funding LP). It was my first payday loan ever and only realized how truly bad it was until after it was funded. I am barely making ends meet right now. Is there a way I can stop payments and offer a debt settlement plan or alternative payback. I see I am not the only one out there in this situation. They truly are "prey day" loans.
