yes i got one internet loan out and the card that was suppose to be debited was stolen i tried calling and emailing the company to set up other arrangements to no avail. now i got people calling my work and family members telling them that im in trouble for theft. that i stole there money with no intentions of paying them back. and when i call them i get attitude and threats about how they will make me loss my job and have me thrown in jail. or they just hang up on me. they never call me directly. i dont know what to do with this and can they really have me arrested.

Hey everyone! I have a couple questions regarding a law firm that has been calling me. On June 17, I received a voicemail from a Debbie Walker claiming to represent the Law Offices of Tamara Parkin. I called her back that day. She stated I had to pay her like $700+ dollars for a payday loan I took out in 2009 from CNG. When I asked her what CNG was, she stated Cash n Go. I informed her I wasn't sure this was a valid debt and requested she send me a validation of debt. Her and I argued for a little bit, she told me I was trying to run from my problems.

I just recently discovered that AFNI has a collection on my credit report regarding an old cell phone account, funny thing is I've never seen any information stating that AFNI was now the collector of the debt or that I owe debt. I have lived at the same address for four years since last summer. The collection on my report was opened in 2009. When I had a Tmobile account it was in 2004/2005. Why are they now putting this on my report?

I have two loans cash cure and cash line. Are they legal in Pennsylvania?

I received a call at my job from GC Services stating that there was a debt that was owed in the amount of $850. I was informed that a checking account number needed to be given to set up payment arrangements with them to show that I am making some kind of an effort to pay them back. Is this the right thing to do? Considering that I was told at the beginning of this year that all of my options are not available. Payment arrangements, traffic school nor community service. How do I handle this? Thank you

I moved and filled out the form on the bill for the address change, along with a payment for what I thought was the full remaining amount on the bill. Apparently I still owed $ 11.04, and the company never updated my address, and the bills were not getting forwarded to me. Now someone is living in my old house and they forwarded me a statement(6 months) later and the bill is over 100.00. I called to dispute this and the person, and then the supervisor BOTH said that I was just trying to blame them for my not being able to pay my bill on time.

No replies yet. SGQ has been sold to NCA. What fun for me, these guys are a pain. I'm hoping that none are legal in PA. I know PDLs are illegal but I've seen some threads on some that are backed by banks, etc...

my husband has never had an account with this company. they tried about 6 months ago and told us his banking account number and all his private informantion. now they are calling again but its not the number you have listed. this number is 1-877-514-9379. the tried saying he was going to be prosucuted. the funny thing is when we would try to call them at night time (6 months ago0, it would go straight to a funny 411! once i threatened them with my lawyer i called the police, then called my bank and all 3 credit reporting companies to put a fraud alert on his account numbers.

[COLOR=black]How can I get them to STOP calling my house every week? This has been going on for an entire year. Last August, someone from a local Pay Day Now office called asking for someone I had never heard of. I told them they had the wrong number and thought nothing of it until the collection calls started coming in. Not a week has gone by now in nearly a YEAR that some variation of the 716-568-7670 has not called my house leaving recorded messages. I have checked my credit report several times since this began and it's all fine, nothing out of order.
