I have 5 payments of that amount left before I am done with this horrible loan. I am in a bind and cannot make these huge payments anymore. I talked to the store and basically I get hit with a $12.50 charge every day I'm late. They told me once this leaves there store and goes to the corporate office that they will file a law suit against me or wage garnishment or both.

He told me that by me taking out this payday loan over the internet it was a felony for something like taking money over statelines and also a civil matter. He also said that if I did not pay them by Wednesday that they were going to have the cops come to my place of work to arrest me.

I received a call from East Side Lenders collections which I believe was Capital assests stating they were giving a courtesy call to let me know that they will be filing a fraudulent check case in the courts. I do recall searching around and filling osmething out in maybe the summer of '09 and then receiving like a million e-mails related to payday loans. Hey guys, received several calls from 888#'s with threats on serving me at my home/work. I have posted in here before but thought I'd give you an update on what's going on. After talking w/ the 888# & them saying they can rectify the situation before me being served & going to court, I asked for a debt validation. I had a $500 pdl from Rent-a-Center Financial Services. I know they stopped doing loans and have sold all of their existing loans to someone else. I paid $300 on the loan before I lost my job. Recently I have been getting a LOT of collection calls from them, at home and at my new job. They are asking me to pay a settlement of $675 by the end of the month or they will take legal action. THey also had my address completely wrong (as in, wrong street, city & state) when they called me to collect.
