Payday loan companies are taking away money from the checking account. How to stop it. Can I sue them?

Hi: December 2016 I asked my apartment complex to move me into a month to month agreement for January as my lease ended in December but I needed to a month to arrange moving since I was going to be out of state. My lease said I needed to submit a written notice but when I asked them if they needed a letter they said they would post a note on the account and I didnt have to worry about it. Since I talked to them personally I thought all would be well.

I am being sued in Texas by Scott & Associates PC for a Capitol One debt. I received the lawsuit late friday afternoon. It says I have 14 days to file an answer with the court. Along with the lawsuit paperwork I also received a small note saying contact us this can be resolved outside of court. I am new to all of this and not sure what to do. Does anyone have any experience with this law firm? What are my options?

FACTS: On July 17, 2015, I signed a one-year-lease with Channel Point. Due to health, I explained that I had to leave for England for Chemotherapy. I was assured the apartment would immediately be put in the market. I left February 18, 2016. I called the several times wondering about the delay of contacting me. I offered to pay for March and following months until the apartment rented; they refused planning to defraud me. They remodeled the apartment on my expense and made it available in June.

What is the law in Oregon concerning notifying a debtor of prior to garnishment proceedings and garnishment? In particular by creditor, and employer? How much time before it can be finalized in court? And when do the papers need to be served to debtor?

A few years ago he got behind on his taxes and then joined up with JK Harris & group paid them money to fix everything. they went belly up. I was told that the IRS has statue of limitations just as any debt collector 7 years it suppose to be a dead yest they take his w2s every years. Can you help me out here. Thanks

It is getting impossible to pay my necessary bills.
