I recently discovered that a few of the installment loans I have are tribal loans, two I have over paid, bestchoice123 and Max lend I have sent a letter to both stating that I have paid the principal and that the loan is illegal and that I revoked the ACH withdrawal I live in Wisconsin, any thoughts on how to go about stopping them? I am following the steps that I am finding in other posts

Hello from Wisconsin! I am currently getting ready to file my second WI Chapter 128. It is an amortization of debt unique to our state. I found myself stuck in a cycle of loans (again) when I had a very hefty IRS bill last year. It seems that I borrowed from one, then the other, etc just to stay afloat. I am perfectly comfortable with the Chapter 128 filing, except for one place - The Cash Store. Has anyone included them in their Chapter 128, and were they difficult to deal with? I will not be able to make my payment next week, and it will not go through. Any thoughts?

I'm a complete idiot that has gotten myself in a lot of trouble. I had to take some loann's out for medical bills then just took out a few more to pay the bills I haven't been able to pay due to loans. And now I'm doing my budget and have no idea how I'm going to pay my rent or car loan. I'm scared cause I read that they've sent people to jail in Texas. Idk what to do. A couple of them I haven't even made a payment on should I close my acct before or after 1st payment. Any help would be appreciated.

What is a good follow up sample letter responding to mediocre documents that I requested validation from? When I sent a debt validation letter, the collector responded with a paper and typed information in it. I could have made those documents with a word processor and printer. That is not sufficient for me. How would i reply in a small sample letter regarding a weak and bogus attempt at validating the debt?
