Do medical bills and payday lenders normally file claims in Chapter 13 cases?

Hello! Here's my story--I have 1 store front loan and 3 online loans, plus one online installment loan.......As I'm sure you already know they are killing me. I'm in Ohio if that information is helpful. I plan on opening a new checking account. And then pay them off one at a time. I really don't know what else to do. I borrowed- I owe, but I can't pay all these back with taking my household down at the same time. So what advice can anyone offer, what should I expect.

Hello, Well, I did it again, I fell into the payday loan trap after getting myself out. The last time, I had several illegal loans, that I sent C&D letters to, and was able to negotiate paying just the principal back on them. Ran into several medical issues a few months ago, and took out 3 payday loans, 2 of which are installments (Ace Cash Express & EMoneyUSA). The other is Check N Go. I live in Texas, and all 3 are legal here.

I Received telephone calls from this company three times on my home phone within 10 minutes and once through my personnel department yesterday. Im 98% sure this is a scam. they claim I took out a payday loan in October with a company called CMA. Of course I didn't. the usual stuff about check fraud, contract violations, being served papers etc. when I asked them to send me proof of debt, they said I should already have this information. When I pressed the person for more information about the supposed suit she got very angry and threatened to hang up on me. LOL.

On January 24th, 2013, I posted a "Thank You- Mission Accomplished" post here giving props to this community for providing me with the tools I needed to resolve the 13 simultaneous PDLs I had. At the time of that post, I had credited this forum with saving me about $3,500 (it actually became quite closer to $4,000)... Fast forward to Late-2014. I am still PDL free, however I get a call about once a week or two from "Process Servers", or "Fraud Investigators" looking to speak with me.

I received a call today from a James Boski claiming to be be an appointed mediator regarding my debt and is in legal preperation to filed in my county against me. He states that he has gone through public and court records and has not found anything showing i have been to court regarding the matter. He wants me to call him back to get a statement in my defense going over the allegations against me prior to me being served on the order to appear. He left a number and docket number to call back with.

Hi all, I was making irregular payments to chase on a 600 debt (laid off) and they turned it over last month to United Recovery Systems. A person named Monica Dinkins is calling me. I spoke with her and she demanded my SS and birthdate, which I refused to give. I did receive a letter saying I now owe over 800. I can make higher payments on this, but I would rather make them to Chase. How should I proceed? Should I ask Chase to settle, or request to settle with URS? Thanks
