I have gotten a call from this company before and I told them that I had lost my job and the only thing I am able to get his stuff through the state. They told me that they could take me to court over it. 1: They aren't getting anywhere with that. 2. I was told just to ignore it because I dont have a job and they cant do anything about that.

A defendants wages were garnished by court order, but the place where he is working is not paying the garnishment. How much time do i have since the court ordered it, to sue the place where he is working.

Ok, here is a question I hope someone could help me with. I have been posting questions on here and everyone has been so great with their answers and advice. I owe Chase $10,000 in debt, have not made a payment for about 60 days, and was ignoring all their phone calls. With the advice on here, I called Chase up today, told them my unemployment situation and that maybe I could do a payment by next week. Here is the kicker. I bank with Chase and have a checking account and so he was able to see how much I owe and what I have in my checking account.

I have about 1600 in payday loan debts from 4 different payday lenders. I just today stopped payment on them due to i am paying 400 paycheck in renewal fees alone and am not getting anywhere. I was wanderin - what do i do from here? Do I have to wait until the accounts are 60 days behind/deliquent before the companies will talk to me about settling my accounts? I dont mind putting the time and effort in getting this mess straightened out but I dont know what I need to do next or how I go about doing it. Please help NG

I live in Cali and have a loan with nationalpayday. I barrowed 400 and have paid nothing back. They are out of Costa Rica. After finding this out I closed my account. I dont want someone from another country having acess to my info. What kind of legal action can they take against you if they are out of the country? Thanks for the help.

First, sorry, I originally posted this on members only forum. I am desperately seeking someone to please help me. I have a pdl out with cashnetusa.com. I live in Ohio. I acknowledge the fact that I did take out this $600 pdl. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I defaulted on this loan. This company is wanting to set me up on 3 payments of $254.95 every 2 weeks. I cannot do this. They are unwilling to set up any other payment plan and have threatened wage garnishment, etc. etc. What are my options? I believe they are licensed to do business in Ohio.

I owe a loan company $385. I am 2 mths behind and they are threatning to sue me. What are my chances of being sued. Do they have to wait a certain amount of time before they can sue me?

I dealt with a young man who answered when i was given a number to call about options on my bill. At first he was pleasant but after asking me where i spent the money and my personal business, he became rude. I was late but i cant keep up because they keep adding up my montly balance. Im 60 years old and dont deserve any young punk speaking to me the way he did. How can they get away with this? I also get harrasing phone calls from them when my bill is late.
