Hello. Yesterday I received a frantic text from my BOYFRIEND'S FATHER regarding a message that was left on his cell phone answering machine. It was left around 11:15 AM and said the following: . "This message is solely intended for Kerriann XxXxxxxx regarding two charges that are looking to proceed against her in court: a breach of contract and defrauding a financial institution. She does wish to dispute these charges prior to the case proceeding in court. Her legal right to contact the attorneys who have named her the defendant in the case.

Stupid as I know it was, I feel back into the payday loan cycle. I pulled myself out and I notified all of my lenders and was able to arrange payment plans/paid-in-full with all of them except Everest Cash Advance. Never heard back from them. When I revoked ACH authorization it was too late to change my direct deposit from my employer so I couldn't close my checking account. I did however have my bank put a stop payment to Everest.

I got a call from a courier who claimed they had legal documents for me to sign and wanted to know when I would be available in a day. I of course had no idea what this was about, so they gave me a phone number and case number. The people who answered said they purchased CashNet USA, and that I never paid my loan back. I stated that I thought I did, but they told me I owed $410 on a $250 loan. They had almost ALL of my personal info, such as SS# and address. I did take out this loan a year and a half ago, but I believe I paid this.

I'm writing because I would like to bring suit against an agency that put a trade line on my credit report without properly validating the amount. On August 13, 2013, I filed a dispute on Equifax.com due to discovering a trade line for $37,663.00. After investigating the dispute, Equifax found that the debt was valid and the confirmation was giving from SSA Office of Financial Policy at 1155-10 Jamaica Avenue, SSA Office, 11th Floor, Jamaica, NY 11432. I immediately did research on this office and the address on the credit report was incorrect.

Anyone heard of srg. She calld and told me I owed 1000.00 on crdit card from 1994. I told her I knew of no debt and she would have to send me validation of debt. She said she could not because it has been in collections for so long. I told her without it there would be no payment. She starting yelling at me so I yelled back and she hung up on me. I received a call from a woman named Ms. Smith who claimed she was from a government agency that examines debt claims for arbitration. She went on to say that this was for a loan from the Greenway Group and that with interest, 1000 arbitration fee from the state and the initial loan that the new balance was $5200+. The problem is 1.I don't remember ever getting a loan from these people 2. This was from before I filed Backruptcy in 2010 and all my debt was included in the bankruptcy.

" Why would I need a moderator to approve my post when I am a moderator?

Over the last several months, I have been in a dispute with my auto lender. They have been reporting incorrectly on my credit report, and claiming I was late when I was not. On June 30 of this year, they reported me as being $880 past due on the credit report.....Ten days later, I get a letter from their attorney, demanding that I pay the "$1,800" that they claim was past due. The numbers are all over the place and nothing makes sense. OK, so I start disputing. This is important---if you have a dispute, you need to make sure that you file all dispute claims properly.

I am a california resident have an installment loan (not a payday loan) through Plain Green Loans. Originally $1300 I've paid over $2400 in payments so far. I am being laid off from my job & will not be able to make any further payments for who knows how long! They debit payments from my bank account. Last time I missed a payment they debited my account a couple weeks later without warning & caused me financial chaos. What happens when I have to close my bank account & i am unable to pay them.?
