I was contacted on Monday by a collection agency, United Recovery, in reference to an almost 3 year old PDL with VIP Loanshop. They called my cell 7 times, back to back, and when I didn't answer, called my office multiple times (we have called ID and it was the same number that called my cell so I didn't answer). When they didn't reach me then, they called my main office and spoke with my supervisor. That was not a good thing.
I called them back after they spoke to her and that's when I found out who they were. I filed a complaint with NC Attorney General and the FTC.
