So I had 6, yes 6 internet PDLs, the fees got to be so much I finally closed my account and defaulted on all of them. Yes - very scary. I did the revoke ACH, wage assignment - Cease and Desist. I followed all the guide lines I found here. I signed up for DMP to repay these and after thinking about it for several months I contacted the MN Attorney Generals office. I couldn't get any of the PDLs to provide me any information. I had no idea how much was owed to these people. I wanted to share my results with you. Cash Central - borrowed $700.

Okay, I've been getting calls from these guys for the last couple days. Apparently I owe my previous landlord some money...I was under the impression that my last month's rent was covered by my security deposit, which was friggin huge. Apparently not. So out of the blue I get a call at work from these characters. They want to talk to me about this debt they say I owe. I tell them I can't take private calls while I'm at work, and that I work late. She tells me okay call me by 4 pm (its like 2pm when she calls). I'm like...uh...okay...didn't I just say that I work late?

25% of 26000.Four payments of 1600.My question is can i use a savings account i have at the same bank as my checking to allow them to withdraw the payments.Would this keep my checking account safe.I would only have the money for the payments in it,and also would the 1099 be issued for next year being the account will not be fully settled until february.Thanks

I need some advice please...about 3 years ago I took out a payday loan at cash supply (internet) for $400.00, defaulted and ended up paying national credit adjustors (collection agency) $350.00 back for this debt. There is a discrepency between NCA and myself over a $50 money order, but anyway here is my problem.... Today at work I get a call from my HR department, telling me they recieved a fax from Phillips Everette and Jones LLC asking for information on me. My HR rep told me she receives inquiries from a lot of companies for certain employees and this one looked suspicious.

Hello chaps, Long story short - before starting on these alleged debts, I had more than $4500 spread amongst 2 cards, and I was looking at monthly bills of $200+ per month, which was killing me. I wasn't earning much, and the constant calls/letters were making things worse Now, not only am I saving that $200 every month, but I have awards in my favor, against those card companies, to the tune of $5000+, accruing interest each month.. You have no idea how much of a relief that is, and how exciting it is to be making money back!

I have stopped payment on the PDL. It caused my account to go negative so I can't change my account # until I get paid on Friday. Do I ask for a physical address I can send checks to? Help!!

I have two PDL and have been juggling them for about a year now. Hi, I recently posted regarding three payday loans I have. They are all internet and I am in Florida. I received wonderful advice and directions on what to do. My loans are with StarCashProcessing, DJR Group, and Midland Funding LLC. I sent out the letter to Revoke ACH etc today and asked for a physical address to mail the remaining amount owed on the principal. I just received this response back.. i'm not sure what to do with this..any help is so much appreciated..

Ok forum, i haven't been on in a while...but i'm back and in need of HELLLLP!... i'm trying to clear up my credit and raise my score because i would like to start looking for a home come the new year. Problem is my credit score is currently in the low 500's and I don't know where to begin to try to build it.
