Hello, I have another PDL I am trying to clear up. It is with Dr. Cash (Internet Loan). I live in TX. I printed a copy of the loan agreement from the website and it states "This lender is licensed and examined by the State of Texas..." but the Office of the Consumer Credit Commissioner shows: Master Licensee: DRCASH INC DBA Operating Name: DRCASH.COM License - Number: 51116 Type: Regulated Loan Date: 10/31/2007 Status: Canceled Location - Address: 991 S MAIN City: LOGAN State: UT Zip: 84321 Does this mean they are lending illegally?

hey guys! sorry i have been gone most of the summer. We have been super busy with motorcycle rallies, remodeling, some amusement parks, and visiting my mom from out of town the next thing ya know my summer is about gone! I just realized that i havent been on in months my schedule has been super busy but i miss ya all terribly! starting next week though i should be getting back to routine in all. School will be starting, so i wont have to fight with my 5 year old everytime, and i will actually have a few hours of peace to catch up with all of you! cant wait to hear from all of you!

Have been living in my current appt approx 10mos now, when my partner and i applied for the rental we had a co-signer. Our complex was purchased and now they are trying to claim we were not co-signers but the appt agreement was made using our co-signers credit. yet we were the ones paying.. what can i do?

Hello, Thank you for posting so much helpful information on this website. I recently had to stop paying my credit cards due to hardship. On one of my Chase cards I had made a balance transfer on 03/25/09 to a different card. I made one payment in April towards it, and May happened to be a payment holiday, so $0 was due.Then in June I couldn't make my payment at all. I am working hard to get the money to get back to making payments, but the account has gone to 29.99% APR and impossible to get under control. Chase sent me a letter that they will start legal action and take me to court.

Okay, I must be missing something. I have two different Chase accounts and I was a total of $1500 past due between the two. The phone calls were non-stop and very annoying, but I understand why. I had been intending to use a work bonus to catch the accounts up but we got so far behind the amount owed was more than the bonus. So I called Chase to see what my options. I am enrolled into their Assist Program, which is a 12 month program. My interest rate is reduced from 29% and 19% to 8%. My monthly payments are set at $160 and $80 and accounts are both closed.

In December 2008 I took out a loan from City View Cash (owned by PDL VENTURES LLC). They deposited to my bank account and then magically started withdrawing multiple funds about two weeks later. I defaulted the loan and put a stop pay on my account. A few weeks ago I called them and found out they have the loan under someone else's ssn#/name/dob but all the rest of my information is on the account(?) I know the person who's name it's under but it's WRONG information.

I have four payday loans currently: Check into Cash - 600 Checksmart - 500 Cashland - 500 National Check Cashers - 600 I have called them all and asked them anonymously if they offer an EPP for customers who come in before their loans have defaulted, and all have said no. I really don't know what to do, but I can't keep them up anymore. I've had to write every two weeks for over a year to stay on top of them. Can anyone help me figure out what my options are here? Should I close my bank account?

Hi my name is Joe My wife Becky called me at work crying today. She said payday loan places had been calling all morning and afternoon.

Boy do I have a headache from all of this. I received a phone call today & also they left a msg on my friends cell phone (which i was pissed about) stating they are doing an investigation regarding Me and she is a person of interest. I only borrowed $350 from them and only one $150 more but I spoke to someone today & she stated I have until tommorow to call back or they will garnish my wages for $723 they will accept $564 as pd in full. I only borrowed $350! I dont even think it is legal in NJ for them to lend money in my state. Please advise me what steps i need to take. Thank you

Has anyone received a phone call from this company? The guy who calls has a thick Indian accent and says that his name is "Max, Max Morris" and his call back number is 661-210-4689. (I don't understand why the call back number has a different area code than where he calls from) He says almost the same exact thing everytime...that the very second I get this message I need to call him. He says that if I disregard this message he has no other choice but to wish me good luck to me and my children (it's pretty low to involve children).
