Is there anyone out there who thinks Suttell and Associates ripped them off with sneaky and deliberate aggressive collection practices or simple wording that deviates from the standard form of notifying you that you need to file your "answers" to their "lawsuit" to the courts?
I think they deliberatly with intent failed to notify many of us of the standard form for answering these notices and that they have refused to consider our many attempts to make settlements or payments that we can afford in order to get hefty fees and sums from us.
