INSTA-FLEX

INSTA-FLEX has scammed me for $154.95. I NEVER called them to order anything. Yet when I called them they told me I had. A bottle of 42 pills and a bottle of 90 pills were sent to me unauthorized. I asked on that call if they thought I was STUPID enough to pay that price for a bottle of vitamins in a drugstore... NO ANSWER... They told me also that another bottle of 90 pills was on the way which I never received yet they took another $74.98 from my checking acct. My bank was notified by me and I was given a credit for that amt.

Thanks in advance for the help. I am going through my credit report. I read somewhere I believe on this forum that the SOL in California for the information to be remove was 7 Years (I hope I am correct) American Express Last Activity 8/1/2008 Removal Date 2/2015 Capital One Last Activity 11/1/2007 Removal Date 8/1/2015 Im totally confused now that I look at the information given on my report. What is the correct way to calculate SOL for information being remove? Thanks

UnitedCashLoans letter (NY resident)

Hi, new to this forum. Some real eye-opening things here. Figured I'd share what I just sent off to UnitedCashLoans, as an ACH stop and formal request for a refund. Here's hoping! - To Whom It May Concern: It has come to my attention that loan providers such as United Cash Loans are illegal in my state of residence, New York State.

National Recoveries Notice

A couple months ago while I was in the midst of changing bank accounts (due to dealing with payday loans) I inadvertently left a check off the list the bank was authorized to pay and it bounced due to closed account. I wasn't aware of this until I received a notice from National Recoveries. (Which I paid right away) In the address window it clearly said "Returned Check Collection Notice." Isn't that a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to have that visible?

payless finical

I have a debt I stopped at my bank to payless financial. When I talked to this man on phone, he directed me to a contract page. He didn't give me time to read contract...he told me to sign it and when I did, I was gonna print it but it went down so fast I was unable to print it much less get all the contact info. Now I had a debit @ my bank (which I stopped). What can I do about stopping the whole thing all together?

Need help finding a number or location

I just received a call from a Kevin Harris. My sister had my phone and didn't know not to answer the weird numbers. He told her that he works with locator services and that they have been trying to get in touch with me about some bad checks or check fraud something of the sort and if I didn't then they would come serve papers. I know the games they play and assured her it was a scam, but the 855 number for a process server he gave her comes up for a hair salon whenever I googled it.

Outrageous medical bills

I am in so much debt and I have tried everything I could possibly think of but nothing is working. Please tell me what to do! Here's my story. I'm a 20 y/o college student. A year ago (Feb. 2012) I got very very sick. I spent 3 weeks in the hospital quite literally fighting for my life. I did not have health insurance at the time, so I ended up with nearly a quarter of a million dollars in medical bills ($200,000+ from the hospital, $20,000+ from the physicians). Call me crazy, but that is too much for any average person to pay, right?
