I have a medical debt for $375 they are collecting on. Sent 2 DV letters and got back a print out like a ledger. They also placed a derogatory mark on my CR which I disputed and it was verified. I called today to make payment arrangements of $10.00 a month because it is my debt and I did make some payment to the OC, but I absolutely abhor paying a CA. They told me the debt was priority status and they would only break it up into 2 payments. It was some person I could hardly understand. He asked why I couldn't send more and I told him I was not working.

I have an item from Afni Collections on my credit report for approximately $1200. It says it is "utilities." I have no utilities that I am behind on. I do not know what this is. How do I find out??

I am getting ready to convert my chapter 13 to a chapter 7 during my chapter 13 I was able to purchase a car with permission of the court. My question is if I am willing to let the car go back can I included that debt from the car in the converted case

I am trying to clean up my credit report. Afni Collections is showing an account as negative in the amount of $1,600. I have no idea what this is for. Under what type of account, it says "utilities." I have no utilities that are past due. How do I go about finding out what this is??

Has anybody dealt with these "professionals"? To make a long story short I called yesterday to set up EPP no problem right? Wrong! The csr told me she would email agreement in 15 minutes never happened called back was told by another csr to give her time. Never happened. Called back again aother employee stated he would put an urgent message through to correct this with a manager. Nothing happened. Was told today there is nobody around today a manager would have it to me by tomorrow Monday morning. I am so stressed right now please any suggestions?

i have two pdls and i can not afford them. i live in Louisiana and these companies are not licensed in my state,can they garnish my wages or sue me for not paying?and i am going to close a account so they can't take any money out.

Hello, Can someone please tell me the worst that can happen to you if you are with a debt consolidation company and are trying to pay off debts owed, and pay day loan companies won't except the amount offered and you cannot pay the amounts they are requesting of you each month?

Five items on my credit report that represented "negative" accounts have been removed after I disputed reporting accuracy and the original creditors did not respond. They were all paid in full within the past 3 years, but there has continually been reporting inaccuracies. The creditors are a store card, Capital One and First Premier Bank. My question is, will future creditors see these items or will they not be visable? I wondered if they simply disappear or will they remain with some sort of "dispute" notation.

Its strange Allegro Law has magically made its Rip Off Report postings disappear.........I wonder how that happened?? LOL I am positive Allegro Law had ROR postings and if RipOff Report doens't remove posts then where did they go?
