hi i have a co signed credit card with gemb/care credit with my mom .the problem is my mother the co signe used my card with out my noedge and ran it up and missed payments i never even used the card mabye only one time, a year a go.but now its afecting my credit realy bad on my credit report it is past do and over the limmit now.how would i go about getting my name of of the card who do i have to contact or send a letter to? my mmother is willing to comly with getting my name off the card becase it is now hurting me in getting a good job thankx alot.

I have closed my account and opened a new account. Do I contact the CSO's before they try to debit my account to work out a payment arrangement or wait until they attempt to debit it? I live in Texas and I have loans with Cashnet USA, payday one, unitedcash loans, and cashnet 500.

I have gone to my bank and closed the account. I have read to send them a certified letter and some of them only gives a fax number no address. I am not sure if to contact a company to help me or to do it myself? I have until the 19th its when they start charging my account again. I live in florida and my pay loans are with: ameriloan: 300 paid 500 oneclick:owe 260 Paid 460 already integrity advance: 400 paid 480 loan point USA (Geneva Roth Capital) ($600 havent started paying yet They are all in computer loans? Can anyone advice were should I send these certified letters to?

Can a debt collection agency legally collect a debt owed by me that they bought pennies on the dollar from the original creditor?

First of all I just want to say thanks so much for this outlet.. I thought I was alone and felt pretty stupid. I have several payday loans out ,in fact I think it is around 8 at this time. I have 5 store front pdl's in AZ here.

my house payment is due on the 1st of every month, but I have until the 16th of every month. Before it is late. But the mortgage company I have now is sending me a foreclosure letter 2 weeks after the 16th. (which we were late) I thought you had to be 3 month behind for this to happen. See my husband and I filed bankruptcy in 2003 and our mortgage company never ask for a reaffirmation agreement and never had problem until now, when we were sold to a new mortgage company and they are not nice because of it. My husband was laid off for 3 week and put us behind, but only by two weeks.

Anyone know anything about them? Can't find anything about them...they have a web site and I spoke to a live person...but BBB does not have a listing. Anyone know if they are just another scam company?
