I've been a browser on here for a while but this is my first post and I have a question. I have recently signed up with T & C. Hopefully someone on here has gone through what I'm going through. I was somehow able to rack up 12 pdl (store fronts) and I believe T&C is the way out. Has anyone dealt with CheckSmart and signed on as a customer for T&C? Checksmart collections agents says they have never worked with a CC company and they never will. T&C has told me over the phone they have dealt with them before and they are trying to get money from you instead of T&C paying them.

i had a guy call me saying i owed 732.00 from a company named tjf/bahama marketing group and sgq processing. Which is a payday loan and which i did do but at the moment am not in financial ability to pay this off....saying that if i didnt pay they would have someone take me to tallahasse and arrest me for internet fraud is this true can they do this?

What can I do about a Credit Card company who charged off my debt and then sold my account to another company? The new company is now pursuing me for the due amount plus outrageous fees added on. Someone give me some advice. I feel so helpless I could cry. Providian has charged me outrageous fees for years and finally I get to a point where I can't pay and they get paid by another company for my debt and then the new company now wants to gouge me some more.

I am up to my elbows in payday loans now. I thought they would help me, but then i had to get one after the other to pay for the other ones. Is there any consolidations for pay day loans??

You took money out of my checking acct without my approval and I want to know why you did this? This is fraud and I will contact an attorney if I do not get a response how you did this. I want my money put back in right away if it is not I will take it to the states attorneys office

has anyone ever heard of a fresh start loan?

I have been in contact with this company and almost seems to good to be true. I have been searching for the last month for a settlement company and I was between Superior and Forget A Debt, but came across this place. Basically they charge you nothing but a 250 retainer fee ( to show your serious, which ends up going toward there fee anyway) and then charge 15% of what they save you. With the CC debt I have everyone is charging me about 3000, where they will charge half that. Like I said, sounds to good to be true so if anyone has any information about them, Id really appreciate it!

My wife and I got married last year, She lost her job I got taken of overtime eventually layed off and we got our selves in trouble with credit cards. Both of us are working now, but our payments are so many and so high that we can't make them and falling behind!!

I have a creditor that I enrolled in a debt management program along with others. Anyway, the miniumum payment prior to the dmp was high because of late payments. Since then the minimum payment has gotten down to something more affordable. Will it hurt if I remove this creditor from the program and continue to pay them directly??
