I have been sued in 'small claims' court (in Pennsylvania) for an outstanding credit card debt ($5200.00). Although I have an attorney, I am wondering what to expect at the time.
We are hoping the attorney, who has a 200 mile drive, won't show up, but most likely someone local will be there on his behalf.
I have been classified as 'judgement proof', meaning I have no property or assets to overtake.
