This company has taken at least $59 out of my checking account for the last 5 weeks. Than today they took out another $59 plus $118. I went right to my bank and had them close my account and open another one. I have also filed with the BBB. I have sent letters to this company, tried to call and fax and have had no response from them at all. The last time I actually spoke with someone was the day I took out my loan. I have not recieved an email from them at all, nothing, not even to ask me to pay which means that I have never authorized them to extend the loan or pay it in full.

If I own land in Florida, jointly with my ex, and I also have a lien on that land for child support (child support order is from CA court - and lien was sent from California DA - to Florida) arrearages in an amount higher than 1/2 of the appraised value of that property, how do I take title on the property. Or am I stuck waiting for him to decide to sell - or does he have to die first?

oh great! Mailed a payment last month like I do every month to a collection agency, ACB American. We had worked out a deal back in the summer and I'm to mail a payment every month by the 30th of that month. I mailed it just as I always do. Got a letter today from them dated December 1, 2005, It was the usual bill looking form but in the middle it says 'Arrangements not kept" **Remit in full immediately**. Now what? I did mail the payment, I guess with the holidays it caused the mail to run late. Its due on the 30th and on the 1st they type me out this letter.
