This company contacted me about or on November 16, 2005 and told me I owed money for payday loans. I asked for proof and they stated they would send it but stated I had to pay or they would proceed foolishly or unfoolishly I sent $245 Western Union to them on Friday, November 18, 2005 and have received no receipt. I still owe (according to them) another $245 which they want by December 16, 2005 or they will file charges against me. Don't I have a right to a receipt before I forward more $. I do want to pay the debt but not until I have validation that there is one.

This company has taken at least $59 out of my checking account for the last 5 weeks. Than today they took out another $59 plus $118. I went right to my bank and had them close my account and open another one. I have also filed with the BBB. I have sent letters to this company, tried to call and fax and have had no response from them at all. The last time I actually spoke with someone was the day I took out my loan. I have not recieved an email from them at all, nothing, not even to ask me to pay which means that I have never authorized them to extend the loan or pay it in full.

If I own land in Florida, jointly with my ex, and I also have a lien on that land for child support (child support order is from CA court - and lien was sent from California DA - to Florida) arrearages in an amount higher than 1/2 of the appraised value of that property, how do I take title on the property. Or am I stuck waiting for him to decide to sell - or does he have to die first?

Does anyone know who the phone number 877-606-6800 belong to? They left a message to call back and when I do I get left on hold and the entry message doesn't say who they are.
