I am totally regretting taking out these two payday loans. One is for amplify funding for $700, repaid $199 so far, next payment is due on 07/13 the other one is zoca loans for $400. I have not made a payment yet because they had my paydays wrong and I asked for my paydays to be adjusted. They said they stopped my payment from being processed and that I have 14 days to return the form for ACH withdrawls. I filled out ACH revoke forms with my bank for both companies and will submit ACH revoke for both companies via email tonight. I intend to pay back the full principal for both companies.

Hello! Hoping I can get the help I need here......I have two payday loans that I don't want to pay on anymore cuz I have already paid on the principal. One is Zoca Loans - Borrowed $450 paid back $472.16 ...... Second, Green Trust Cash - Borrowed $550 paid back $620.44. I live in AZ and I just found out that payday loans are illegal here. I am going to close my bank account so that they can't take any money out of my account. I am not going to give these companies anymore money. Could I get in trouble for these loans? What do I say to the loan companies? Any and all help is appreciated.

I filed for chapter 7 in February, I was drowning in credit card debt and payments for student and personal loans. Over the past 5 years my debt went from 50k to 200k, a lot of compulsive buying and taking from one card to pay another escalated my debt fast. By February of this year I had only been late a few times on one of my many credit cards. Almost all of the luxury goods, expensive clothing, etc. I had sold off in the 1-2 years prior to filing for chapter 7 and used the money received to pay my card balances but then still used my cards.
