I have a question? I've posted on here before and ya'll have been wonderful. Does anyone know the other names that the company Geneva Rtoh Ventures uses??? Anyone???

I had order $11.18 worth of service from Godaddy.com. I paid them online via electronic check. They waited 5 days to cash it and during that time another collection agency pretty much cleaned out my account without permission. Before I could even contact godaddy.com to set up a payment I had Certegy calling me. The day they called the wanted $36!!! So in less than a week my bill tripled. Meanwhile, every day I kept having $11.18 trying to be debited.

Has anyone worked with bank of america (cred. card) on debt settlement? What information can you provide me on dealing with them?

Where do I begin with debt settlement? Credit cards are 1 month behind and no way of paying them? Loss of business and a lot less income.

I have narrowed my list down to two debt settlement Companies. Anyone have an opinion on which one I should use?

Ugh. Talk about a day. I have been slowly paying my debts back one by one. Most of the collection companies have been working with me. Today I get 4 phone calls from I.C. systems regarding a paypal account. It went to collections because I sold something on ebay, the buyer swore it was broken when it got there. Paypal gave her a refund (from my account with a $1.00 balance). She was suppose to send the item back and I never got zip. When I told paypal this they said they had proof she sent me something. Well, I never got it and they won't provide me with a copy of their "proof".

I got a letter from Mitchell N. Kay today on a $300 debt. I had sent Plaza a letter requesting proof they owned it and never got a response, now his other business is writing me. The part I find illegal is that the address says: Law Offices of Mitchell N. Kay P.C. PO Box 9123 Newton MA, 02459-9123 1-800-509-1068 He is not a Massachusetts attorney and I don't think he is an attorney at all anymore. Should I send another validation letter to the New York address or should I just rip it up and ignore them? What else should I do?

Finally, well i called back then asked for a supervisor, they gave me angie who then gave me tina who was not listening to me at all then she called me back a few minutes later apologizing and being very very friendly and was speaking quietly. she was saying the owner was in a meeting and that he has 3 of these business.

Can someone please give me info about dealings with zip19.com? I defaulted on a loan (because they're illegal) and they will not agree to a repayment plan and say i owe them over 100 more than the principle balance.
