We live in California and these are her loans. Cash Call Loan amount 2600 She's paid the initial amount several times over on this one. I figured she'll have paid about 10,000 dollars for the 2600 dollar loan at this rate. Quick Click Loans Loan amount 2600 Has paid about 2880 Plain Green Loans Loan amount 800 has paid 680. Got an offer in the mail from First National Bank of Omaha to consolidate my credit card bills. Seems legitimate. Anybody else ever get an offer like this in the mail or has anyone ever gotten a consolidation loan with this bank

Allied Interstate was given my school loan - which was supposed to be a Grant. They put it in forbearance-cannot contact them via email or even have two different addressses for them. Tom Peterson is the guys name, and if he doesn't have an arrest record I would be surprised. My social security check is being garnished, and they are not allowed to do that-yet government is doing it. Don't even know where the money is going. I am so upset. Now I also know they have hacked into my email account. Sent letters to the school where I work, and call my house using very weird numbers.

This is a little off the subject of what most of the posts on here are about, but I was wondering if anyone has had to ask for financial help from family to get out the payday loan cycle. I am pretty much at my wit's end with this and I need to get my (legal) payday loans paid off and I can't handle the stress from the harassment from collectors anymore. I can't pay my regular bills let alone the payday loans. I have been offered settlement agreements for some, but I still don't have the money to pay them.

When payday loans go to collections can you still fight them if they are illegal in your state? I'm in Illinois and trying to sort thru a handful of old payday loans... In the last two days I received multiple calls from a company called CTS or aka United Litigation on behalf of Bayside Cash. They even went as far as calling my work and speaking to a manager here who has nothing to do with me. I tried to get them to send me validation and/or give me their address info but all I got was "good luck in court" and then hung up on me.

i have several internet payday loans that I am unable to pay. I am considering closing my checking account and then try to pay them off at a rate I can afford, but I am concerned about whether I would be breaking the law and don't want to get into more trouble. I have Mass Street Group and Seven Group which I owe 300 each to, Dollar Flash 600, Speedy Cash and Cash Central. I also have some in person ones including Check N. Go and Advance America. I just can't get out of this cycle and need some advice. I know I need to pay back what I borrowed, but the interest is killing me.

Is multiloansource legal in Nebraska?

Last November I accidently wrote a $42 check to a local merchant that was returned for insufficient funds. I got a notice from my bank that they had returned the check. I waited to see if the merchant resubmitted the check or to get instructions from said merchant on how to fix the situation. I have no recollection of ever receiving anything and it doesn't appear that the merchant re-submitted the check for payment.
